Madeleine Rieder has studied psychology and communication sciences at the University of Fribourg.
Through various further training courses in management and banking, her many years of experience as a manager at a large financial services provider and as an external consultant for various service industries, she has a broad overview and deep user knowledge of many management development tools.
Samuel Studer, Senior Consultant
Samuel Studer has studied psychology and communication sciences at the University of Zurich.
He combines his experience in various entrepreneurial contexts, professional and leadership roles with his in-depth knowledge of diverse human resource development topics. In consulting and leadership development, he focuses on linking the success mechanisms of core psychological principles with business practice.
René Louis, Senior Consultant
René Louis studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen.
He has a wide range of management experience in industry, IT and the financial sector. He has extensive experience in the realization of HR strategy and the implementation of HR systems and processes. His focus is on the conception and implementation of HR and personnel development projects.
